Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only issued in the event of a billing error, such as being charged multiple times for the same service within one month.

Customized Landing Pages : My Debt Navigator and My Tool Box Pro are separate companies, operating independently and bearing no liability for each other’s services or outcomes. While My Tool Box Pro is the preferred technology and CRM provider, ambassadors and affiliates are not required to use their services. As a courtesy, My Debt Navigator has waived both the one-time setup fee for a customized landing page and the $98/month subscription fee for the first 12 months for all active ambassadors recruited by Aspire or BCC. This waiver is available only to new incoming ambassadors/affiliates and does not apply to returning ambassadors, downgraded affiliates, or reinstated memberships. Those returning or reinstating after a downgrade will be responsible for all applicable setup and subscription
charges. My Tool Box Pro Terms and Conditions: At this time, there are four levels of service options for ambassadors/affiliates recruited by Aspire or BCC: Basic, Elite, Prestige, and Agency. Each level has a monthly charge, with the Basic level charges waived as described above for the first 12 months. Nonpayment will result in a 3-day grace period to settle the account; after this period, all benefits will be revoked, and a new setup fee will apply if services need to be reactivated. If an ambassador or affiliate chooses to downgrade their service level, any future upgrades will also require a new setup fee. Refunds are not available after 5 business days of service activation.
